Pick-up at our store is a great way to save on delivery fees if your are located in the Montreal region. Furthermore, you will enjoy that our store is easily accessible by car!

Just choose the option «Store Pick-up» while placing your order online.

 

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery in Greater Montreal Region (including South Shore and Laval):

14$ (flat rate)

Free delivery with minimum purchase of 75$

Delivery in Quebec Province (exterior of Greater Montreal Region):

18$ (flat rate)

Free delivery with minimum purchase of 100$

Delivery in Canada (exterior of Quebec Province):

22$ (flat rate)

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Your items will be sent on the purchase date or the following business day, by one of our carrier in the greater Montreal region, or by Canada Posts' Expedited Parcel service for all other regions.

Delivery timeframes within Quebec are of 1 to 2 business days in greater Montreal, and of 2 to 3 business days outside of the greater Montreal region, starting from the expedition date.

Delivery timeframes are of 2 to 4 business days for Ontario, New-Brunswick and Nova Scotia, from 3 to 4 business days for Manitoba and Prince-Edward Island, from 4 to 6 business days for Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and British Columbia, and of 7 to 14 business days for the rest of Canada, starting from the expedition date.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Whether you bought online or at a branch, you can return the items to our branch by respecting the conditions below. Exception: used games, discounted games and special orders are final sales.

 

TIME TO RETURN AN ITEM

Purchases in store: Exchange of items (or store credit) within 7 days of purchase. The original invoice and the original packaging are required. A credit note in the form of a gift card will be issued. Sale items are final sales.

Online purchases: Exchange of items (or store credit) within 7 days of receipt of the item (proof of shipping date). The receipt for the item and its original packaging is required. A credit note in the form of a gift card will be issued. Sale items are final sales. Purchases can be returned in person at our branch. Upon receipt of the returned products, a Boutique RÉPUBLIK JEUX gift card will be issued. 

In the case of delivery or dispatch, the original transport costs are not reimbursable.

In the case of a special order in a branch or online, the sale is final. 

If you need an extension of the return period, do not hesitate to contact our customer service so that we can find a solution. 

 

CONDITION OF ORIGIN MANDATORY

Products that have been returned must be in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you or purchased at the branch in their original packaging. If you are unsure of the condition of the product you are returning, please contact us first.

 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN

Boutique RÉPUBLIK JEUX bears the transport costs insofar as the products you have ordered are delivered damaged or defective or with an error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the delivery, handling and packaging costs necessary to return an item. To return items, please contact us. An advisor will make sure to remedy the situation by guiding you through the steps to follow.

 

RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

Upon the return of a product purchased using a Boutique RÉPUBLIK JEUX gift card, a credit will be given in the form of a Boutique RÉPUBLIK JEUX gift card, applicable when you next purchase in store.

 

GIFT CARD CONDITIONS 

Boutique RÉPUBLIK JEUX giftcards are valid at our store or on our online store. They cannot be converted into cash or reimbursed in cash. Boutique RÉPUBLIK JEUX gift cards cannot be used to purchase used items.
